About Us

OIT stands for "Out of India Theory", which is word-play on a popular population theory. The theory is "the proposition that the Indo-European language family originated in Northern India and spread to the remainder of the Indo-European region through a series of migrations." Mainstream scholars reject it as pseudo-scientific.

While we know this theory is not scientific, it can still inspire and guide us. For far too long, the west has been the source of scientific and technological progress. However, we believe that "the great divergence" is at an end, and the next wave of breakthroughs will come from Asia. And we humbly want to be part of this seismic shift.

We will develop technologies, products and processes that are the best in the world. They will spread out of India to the broader world. Hence, our name - "Out of India Theory"
